WORKING CAPITAL LOAN
This is a government-assisted loan which has very low interest rate. Maximum loan quantum is capped at S$300k.

UNSECURED BUSINESS TERM LOAN THROUGH CROWD FUNDING
This is a peer-to-peer lending platform that empowers investors to stimulate economic growth by providing finance directly to growth SMEs, in exchange for an attractive rate of interest. Eligibility as follow:

OVERDRAFT
The overdraft facility is a revolving credit for your working capital. Same like business term loans, no collateral is needed for this facility. You only pay interest when you use it. Eligibility as follow:

RENOVATION LOAN

MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT LOAN
This facility allows companies to obtain financing of up to 90% of the valuation or purchase price of the equipment/vehicles. Financing tenor ranges from 1 year to 10 years. Financing can be for new or used equipments. There is also flexibility to tap on the Government-assisted loan offered through the Local Enterprise Financing Scheme.
